We want you to love your cup. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.

Damaged Items

If your cup arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Wrong Item

If you received the wrong item, contact us and we'll ship the correct one at no charge.

Change of Mind

Because each cup is handmade to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once production has begun. Please double-check your order before submitting.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already started and we are unable to cancel.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
